What is the process of OM therapy?

The first appointment

During the initial consultation, a detailed medical history will be taken, your findings will be reviewed and a clinical physical examination will be carried out. This is important because many problems, for example in the musculoskeletal system, are caused by structural changes in the connective tissue and therefore manual therapy often leads to success.

Your wishes and goals will then be discussed and a plan tailored to your needs will be drawn up. Which usually includes a blood test and a therapy plan tailored to the results.

The blood sample

This takes place either in the ordination or in a partner laboratory. This is an extended routine analysis, as well as a more or less extensive, targeted whole blood analysis. In clear cases or during check-ups, a blood sample (without an initial appointment) is only possible after consultation.

The findings discussion

After the therapy plan has been drawn up and all results have been submitted, a meeting appointment (also possible online) will be arranged. The therapy plan usually includes several time periods with different focuses and lasts between 6-12 weeks. Specific controls may occur in time.
